Our Conveyor Belt |
Rubber Grade: Heat Resistance |
|
In a very high temperature working condition, normal conveyor belt
will not last very long since its maximum operating temperature is only about 80°C. In
such case, a heat resistance cover rubber grade must be used.

For Conveying High Temperature Materials
Heat resistance grade conveyor belt is made of special compound consisting of synthetic
rubber that can withstand high heat. However, in order to use heat resistance conveyor
belt, the following information must be considered: the working temperature, the type
of conveying materials, the heat accumulation, and the conveying distance.

** The thickness of the conveyor belt must be appropriately selected depending on the conveying
materials and the operating environment. This will help extending the service life of the conveyor
belt. |
